On Friday, I picked up a $77 order of lamps, but was missing $30 worth of it. I didn’t notice until I got home but when I did I called right away to see what is going on with my order. I called at 1pm and a mildly rude woman told me she would figure it out and call me. I absolutely knew she was not going to call me or help me, which is correct. I was never followed up with and she really just thought I wouldn’t try to get my paid for merchandise lol. However I did contact Home Depot online and was given a refund for the lamps you guys just, didn’t give me when I paid for? And they have eyes in the sky all over this parking lot. Enemy territory for sure. Will never go back or order from here again

This location has Flock cameras pointed at the entrance and exit of its parking lot. If you value your privacy, I do not recommend shopping here. I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

I come into Home Depot a Lot and there was a young worker Named Jeffrey There who i loved seeing he was a great worker and always helped me and turns out they fired him!!? Supposedly because he refused service to a customer! I call BS! I will be taking my business to Lowe's now. Shame on You Greeley Home Depot

Don't trust the 'Unavailable' status at this store. I ordered 6 items and got a confusing email saying 6/6 were unavailable while simultaneously saying that part my order was ready. Knowing they had 170+ in stock on the website and having seen the full pallets in the aisles earlier that morning, I went in the next day and bought them off the shelf myself. It seems the fulfillment team simply won't pull stock if it requires any actual effort.
